Terms of Trade

1. Credit Account

Buyer may apply to open a Credit Account with TRu Brands. Goods will be supplied up to a credit limit on approved accounts. TRu Brands reserves the right to vary the Buyers Credit Limit or Credit terms at any time. All new customers can trade COD from the date the credit application is received.

2. Terms

Strictly Nett 30 days from EOM (End Of Month)

3. Pricing

Prices of goods are subject to periodic change and 30 days notice will be given on all price changes. All prices are $AUD ex GST

4. Ordering

All orders must be in written form via email or fax. Phone or verbal orders will not be accepted. All orders require confirmation prior to dispatch including purchase order number, product details, delivery instructions etc.

5. Order Values

Orders over $250 ex GST will be FIS (Free Into Store) otherwise $10.00 ex GST surcharge will apply. Airbags are available upon request, charges will apply.

6. Delivery

Distribution centres are in Perth & Sydney. Orders will be dispatched from the distribution centre that can provide the earliest delivery time. Lead time is 1-7 working days dependent on where stock is dispatched from.

7. Drop Shipments

All orders requested for drop shipment will ensure a fee of $15.00 ex GST

8. Packing

All invoices will be emailed to the default email address in our system on completion of packing order. All goods dispatched will be accompanied with a packing slip. No invoices will be shipped with goods.

9. Return Policy

All returned goods must be accompanied with a TRu Brands Return Authority form otherwise a 10% fee of the returned goods value will apply. RA’s can be requested through returns@trubrands.com.au indicating the relating invoice number / sales number, reason for return, products, colours and quantities to be returned. Unless incorrectly supplied by TRu Brands, damaged or lost in transit, goods that are faulty or defective as a result of faulty workmanship or material then:

  • Freight cost will be the buyer’s own responsibility
  • Restocking fee of 10% may apply
  • Returned goods must be in re-saleable condition
  • All claims are made within 14 days of receipt of goods

    • 10. Possession & Title

    The goods delivered by TRu Brands to the Buyer remain the property of TRu Brands until goods are paid in full.

    11. COD

    Customer orders will be realease as follows:

  • Orders paid by credit card will be released when payment is approved
  • EFT payment should allow 1 business day for payments to be credited into account before order is released
  • Credit card payment on COD orders will incur a surcharge of 2%
