Bool Protective Technologies Rebrands

Australia's first range of certified flame retardant workwear has unveiled its new brand direction, with a nod to the co-founder Rob De Deken, being reborn from the flames.

Today, Bool Protective Technologies unveiled their new logo, which simplifies the current boxed version and introduces a flame touching on their core range of flame retardant technology. The tagline positions the brand in the 'innovative protection' space, leveraging the technology underpinning the garment construction and protection it provides against Arc and Flash Fire events.

The Bool yellow takes its inspiration from the colour of fire and is synonymous with the colour of safety, hi-vis yellow.

Rob De Deken, the brand's co-founder, suddenly passed a year ago and has been eloquently incorporated into the new look through the flame. Almost phoenix-like, as it explores the idea of the brand and co-founder rising from the ashes to new life.

The brand remains a market leader, ensuring all garments are certified to ASTM F1959/F1959M, AS/NZS 1906.4:2010 and AS/NZS 4602.1:2011. This guarantees garment compliance claims are independently scrutinised and verified by a global third party, BSI Group.
